Jujutsu - Hontai Takagi Yoshin Ryu
History:
Unryu was born in 1570 AD. Oriemon Takagi was born in 1625 AD as Takagi Shigenobu.  Takagi, being a samurai, sought the teachings of Unryu on Mount Hiei in Japan.  In 1645 AD Takagi recieved the Menkyo Kaiden from Unryu.  The teachings and experiences that Takagi brought to his training and later mastership of this Ryu has been passed down from Grandmaster to Grandmaster. This is the same ryu that is taught today through the KJJR system at the Ohka Dojo.  This system covers punches, kicks, grappling and throwing.  Shoto Tanemura Soke allows training up to the 3rd Degree Black Belt level upon such attainment the student is allowed to study different Ryu directly from Tanemura Soke up to Menkyo Kaiden or Mastership level.

Ninpo Taijutsu
History:
The curriculum in the Genbukan is centered on the teachings of the Ninpo Sanjurokkei, the 36 areas of training. These consist of 18 forms of traditional Japanese martial arts in combination with 18 forms of Ninpo.  The Kyu Level training, or levels before Black Belt, focus on Taijutsu.  These teachings range from kicks, punches, grappling, throwing, body movement and ground techniques.  The Black Belt Level training builds on the foundation of these techniques through different forms of jutsu; Daken-taijutsu, Koppo-jutsu and Koshi-jutsu.
